Senior Digtial Product Designer - Ford Motor Company

• Build, evolve, and maintain one of Ford's design systems that supports the cohesive and scalable design of Ford’s digital product ecosystem.
• Work closely with engineers, product managers, UX researchers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver compelling user experiences for Ford’s next-generation vehicles.
• Create innovative digital product designs centered around in-vehicle experiences, ensuring seamless integration and high usability.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes including UI mockups, human-machine interface (HMI) flows, wireframes, interaction models, user workflows, business use cases (BUCs), visual designs within the vehicle environment, storyboards, and animations.
• Design and develop user research materials, plan, and lead user interview sessions to gain critical insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Lead Digital Designer - Pegasystems

• Maintain and evolve Pega’s design system Bolt, and partner with marketing stakeholders and development team to ensure our toolbox (design system and CMS) is always sharp to support business needs.
• Collaborate with brand, content, video production, product, publishing, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency on user-centered best practices through Pega’s web properties.
